Redneck Roadtrip is the thirteenth episode of the A&E reality-television series Duck Dynasty. It premiered on May 16, 2012.
Plot[]
Jase tricks Willie into letting him use the Duck Commander RV, and he brings Jep, Martin, and Si along for a road trip when they go to Shreveport to pick up two ATVs that Willie purchased. While in transit back to West Monroe, the guys grow hungry which leads Si to prepare his "Vietnam Surprise" using a mix of pork and beans, hot sauce, and Spam. The results cause sickness among the guys and Martin uses the bathroom onboard the RV which causes a bad smell to fill the room. Si refuses to ride in the RV with the smell and insists on riding in one of the ATVs with a helmet on. This causes the RV to be pulled over by the police and the cop is not phased by Si's excuse. A backup officer sends in a search dog to the RV to investigate the smell, after the cops confirm the dog found nothing alerting, they let them off with a warning but Si must get back inside the RV and not ride on the ATVs.
In the episode's sub plot, chaos is caused when Willie finds an alligator in Phil and Miss Kay's yard when searching for a pirogue. Miss Kay will not leave her jambalaya unattended since she's still cooking it and Phil is more worried about preparing for Duck Commander Sunday at the church.
